TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A deposit of £50 is payable on the agreement to undertake your research. This in non refundable, the only exception is when there is no evidence found upon any initial research taken.

2. Scottish Bloodlines will not at any time contact living relations on your behalf.

3. Scottish Bloodlines will give a very personalised service, and we will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 days. Any faulty goods will be replaced. Occasionally a typing error can occur within a report and this will be rectified quickly and effectively with a minimum of delay or fuss.

NOTE. On older certificates you will often find different spellings of the family name. For example, variations of the surname Sneddon: Sneddon, Snadden, Snadden etc. The reports will be typed with both the Certificated spelling and today's family spellings. This must not be mistaken for spelling errors.
